Pricing questions
What does early access mean?
Every feature, free, while we onboard the first businesses and finish billing. Accounts created during early access keep the Starter tier free for good.
Is there a fee on bookings?
No platform fee during early access. Stripe's own processing fees apply to card payments, as they would on any site. A small platform fee on paid bookings may be introduced with the Pro plan and will be shown here first.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel yet. When plans launch, they will be month to month; your site and your data export stay available if you leave.
Do you charge for text messages or calls?
Text reminders and the receptionist number are part of Pro. Very high volumes may be metered later; the limits will be published before that happens.
