Apostille services

Take apostille orders from anywhere, with document pre-checks

Apostille is the one notary-adjacent service you can sell to the whole country. NotaryBook turns it into a remote order: the customer uploads the document, the site classifies it, checks whether it needs county-clerk certification first or a federal apostille, and takes payment up front.

Sounds familiar?

The pain we built NotaryBook around

  • Customers who do not know whether they need state or federal authentication

  • Explaining Hague versus non-Hague destinations over and over

  • Documents that arrive without the right notarisation

  • Getting paid before the courier goes out

What NotaryBook does about it

Built for apostille services

Apostille and Live Scan intake helpers

Customers upload the document or Live Scan form; the site works out what it is.

A photo of a document is classified (vital record, notarised affidavit, federal), checked for county-clerk-first requirements and Hague-country destination, and turned into a pre-filled apostille order. The Live Scan helper reads the Request for Live Scan Service form to capture the ORI and application type.

Online booking with deposits

Customers pick a service and a slot, pay a deposit or in full, and the slot is held.

Per-service durations, travel buffers, deposit rules (none, fixed, percent, full) and intake questions. A slot is held for 30 minutes while Stripe Checkout completes; abandoned checkouts release it automatically. Mobile services check the address against your service area before booking.

Money goes straight to you

Connect your own Stripe account; payouts and refunds stay under your control.

NotaryBook uses Stripe Connect. Every charge is made on your Stripe account, so deposits pay out on your schedule and you keep your own dashboard, receipts and disputes. No platform fee during early access.

AI receptionist by text and phone

Answers after-hours questions, quotes prices from your own price list, and books.

The receptionist works from the services, prices, hours and service area you configured and uses the same availability engine as the site. It can propose slots, create a booking and send the payment link. Anything it cannot answer is handed to you with the transcript. Voice runs on the same tools.

Local SEO and AI-search ready

Service-by-city pages, structured data, sitemap and an llms.txt, generated for you.

Clear service, price and service-area pages with LocalBusiness, Service, Offer and FAQ structured data; a landing page for each service in each city you serve; robots rules that welcome Google, Bing and the AI answer engines; and a plain-text summary so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude can find your real prices and hours.

Review requests, listings and a weekly digest

Ask for reviews automatically, keep your business details consistent everywhere, see the week at a glance.

Completed bookings trigger a review request with your Google link. The listings manager keeps your name, address, phone and description identical across Google Business Profile, Apple, Bing, Yelp and the rest. Monday morning you get one email: bookings, revenue, cancellations, reviews and suggested posts.

Questions apostille services ask

What does the document pre-check do?

It classifies an uploaded photo or PDF (vital record, notarised affidavit, federal document), flags county-clerk-first requirements for California, checks the destination country against the Hague list and pre-fills the order. You review every order before it ships.

Can out-of-state customers order?

Yes. The apostille service is remote — no service-area check, no time slot. The customer mails the document and pays online.

Does it handle translations?

The order form asks whether a translation is needed and records it; fulfilment is yours.
