Loan signing agents

A professional site and booking page for notary signing agents

Signing services send the work, but direct bookings from escrow officers and lenders come from a site they found and trusted. NotaryBook gives you that site, and a booking page that turns a phone call into a confirmed appointment on your calendar.

Sounds familiar?

The pain we built NotaryBook around

  • A site that does not look like a professional's

  • Double-booking a signing against a personal appointment

  • Chasing confirmations and addresses by text

  • No easy way for an escrow officer to book you at 5 pm on a Friday

What NotaryBook does about it

Built for loan signing agents

A designed website, not a template

Describe your business in your own words; get three complete designs to choose from.

A short Q&A — what your business does and the services you offer are the only required answers; service area, customers, branding and tone are optional. An AI designer turns whatever you answered into three distinct sites — palette, type, layout and copy — rendered live so you pick the one that looks like you. Re-run it any time; your bookings are never touched.

Google Calendar sync

Availability is your hours minus what is already on your calendar.

Connect Google once. Busy time on your personal or work calendar blocks slots automatically, and every confirmed booking is written back as an event with the customer's name, phone and address, so your day is in one place.

Online booking with deposits

Customers pick a service and a slot, pay a deposit or in full, and the slot is held.

Per-service durations, travel buffers, deposit rules (none, fixed, percent, full) and intake questions. A slot is held for 30 minutes while Stripe Checkout completes; abandoned checkouts release it automatically. Mobile services check the address against your service area before booking.

Text confirmations and reminders

Confirmation on booking, reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, a review ask afterwards.

Customers opt in at booking. Replies work: C to cancel, R to ask for a new time, STOP to opt out. You get a text when something needs your attention. A dedicated number is assigned to your business.

Local SEO and AI-search ready

Service-by-city pages, structured data, sitemap and an llms.txt, generated for you.

Clear service, price and service-area pages with LocalBusiness, Service, Offer and FAQ structured data; a landing page for each service in each city you serve; robots rules that welcome Google, Bing and the AI answer engines; and a plain-text summary so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude can find your real prices and hours.

Review requests, listings and a weekly digest

Ask for reviews automatically, keep your business details consistent everywhere, see the week at a glance.

Completed bookings trigger a review request with your Google link. The listings manager keeps your name, address, phone and description identical across Google Business Profile, Apple, Bing, Yelp and the rest. Monday morning you get one email: bookings, revenue, cancellations, reviews and suggested posts.

Your site

What your NotaryBook site includes

  • A loan-signing service with your duration, travel buffer and deposit rule
  • An about-the-owner section for certifications and background check status you supply
  • General notary services alongside signings
  • Structured data that marks you as a notary business in your county

Questions loan signing agents ask

Can escrow officers book on behalf of a borrower?

Yes — the booking form takes the signer's name and address and the booker's contact details separately, and the confirmation goes to both.

Will it show my certifications?

Only what you enter. The design step never invents credentials; it leaves clearly marked placeholders for you to fill in from your own records.

Does it work with signing-service platforms?

NotaryBook does not integrate with signing services; it is for the direct business you win yourself. Signings from platforms still appear on your Google Calendar and therefore block your NotaryBook availability.
